Many adults 55+ are fully capable of living on their own — yet managing a house alone can become isolating, overwhelming, or simply too much over time. Golden Dorms provides thoughtfully designed shared homes where residents maintain their independence while enjoying daily connection, comfort, and peace of mind.

Located in quiet residential neighborhoods, our homes feel familiar and personal — not institutional. Residents enjoy private bedrooms within a shared home designed to foster the freedom of independence and the comfort of community.

If within the first 30 days a Golden Dorms home does not feel like the right fit, we will refund up to 50% of the Community Service Fee based on services provided.
